Job Description / Responsibility

• Plan, monitor and oversee the entire production process.
• Ability to manage raw materials requirements in a cost effective manner to attain optimum and efficient production capacity.
• Oversee the quality control function in the production process.
• Maintain optimum production to meet daily targets.
• Ability to manage multiple production teams.
• Job Location - Canada (Alberta, Manitoba, British Colombia, Ontario)

• Age At most 45 year(s)

• The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner and attractive personality.
• Good leadership, execution skills, challenge encountering attitude and target oriented.
• Candidates have to be prepared to stay inside the farm for long periods of time.
• Fluent in English and sound in computer literacy.
• Able to work under pressure.
