Job Description / Responsibility

• Identify and initiate project to support unit related smooth operation and deliver the service to internal client in shortest possible time
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Effectively applies Banglalink methodology and enforces project standards
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Minimizes exposure and risk on project
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Provide analysis, direction and guidance for operational issues including escalation
• Coordinate capacity planning according to the commercial and regulatory plan
• Being responsible ensure Billing Systems KPIs and SLAs are maintained
• Department/ Division/ Job Location: Information Technology/ CRM, Billing & Revenue Management/ Dhaka

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in CSE/ Telecommunication/ Electronics Engineering from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years job experience in telecom and/or similar industry
• Required Knowledge & Skills:
• Programming Language (java/.Net,C,C++,PHP)
• Knowledge on Windows and Unix/Linux OS
• Knowledge on Database Management System
• Required Competencies:
• Development experience on PHP/MS.Net and/or
• Java based application framework
• Database query build up on Oracle and/or MS SQL
