Job Description / Responsibility

• Following up new business opportunities.
• Formulating marketing strategies for increasing sales.
• Communicating with business clients regularly.
• Directing sales team to achieve sales target.
• Train and develop sales team.
• Visit dealers all around Bangladesh
• Conduct market survey and data collection for new product design.
• Analysis channel performance and determine area strategy.
• Execute trade activities to promote company products & features.
• Willing to extensive travel.

Must have a Master Degree from any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Experience in Selling Tyre & Tube of Local or Foreign Brands will get preference.
• Must be energetic & able to work under pressure.
• Must be ready to be transferred permanently anywhere in Bangladesh as per Company requirements.
• Willingness to Travel frequently all over the country.
• Must speak and write very good to excellent English and Bengali.
• You must be a highly-motivated individual,
• Willing to continually learn new skills and prepared to work hard and smart.
